DISCOVER PROJECT POTENTIAL

Understanding usage and waste is the first step in developing core sustainability strategies. To do this, performing operational audits to measure energy, water, and waste usage allows us to accurately and precisely understand and quantify consumption.  We utilize the guidelines set forth by The American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Once a comprehensive understanding of operations is complete, we can utilize this information to craft an optimal solution recommendation package to suit your needs now and into the future.

ASHRAE Audit Levels

ASHRAE LEVEL 1

The simple audit should create a preliminary energy-use benchmark and a brief report describing the results, which can sometimes include identifying many recognizable efficiency opportunities.

ASHRAE LEVEL II

The level-2 audit results in a concise report and briefing with the owner and management team to describe possible Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) such as no- and low-cost measures, modifications to system controls and building automation, operational changes, and potential capital upgrades.

ASHRAE LEVEL III

The level-3 audit focuses on a whole-building computer simulation, where a computer program accurately models how a brick-and-mortar building would react to changes in the energy systems.
